Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

Air quality data published on this platform is provided in good faith based on measurements from EPA Ghana's monitoring network. While we aim for accuracy, data may be subject to calibration delays, sensor outages, or quality control revisions.

EPA Ghana does not accept liability for decisions made based on data from this platform. For health or safety-critical decisions, always consult a qualified professional.

Intellectual Property

Air quality measurement data collected by EPA Ghana is public information. Platform software, design, branding, and editorial content are the intellectual property of EPA Ghana and may not be reproduced without permission.

API and Data Access

API access is granted subject to these terms and any additional conditions communicated at registration. EPA Ghana reserves the right to revoke API access for misuse, excessive usage, or breach of these terms. Rate limits are enforced to ensure fair access for all users.

Changes to These Terms
